Homemade Pizza

It can be a brilliant idea to stay home and spend quality time with your kids on Saturday, and make a delicious handmade pizza together. You can have your kids pick their own toppings, and call you the most ‘awesome’ mom or dad in the world!

Ingredients

2pcs (9inch)
  • Hard flour 250g
  • Dry yeast 3g
  • Sugar 8g
  • Olive Oil 1tbsp
  • Salt 5g
  • Lukewarm water(100F) 130ml
  • Pizza cheese 250g
  • Tomato 1 can
  • garlic 1 clove, Onion 50g, green olive 30g
  • olive oil 2tbsp, sugar 2tsp, dash of salt and pepper, dried oregano.

Direction

  1. Set the Knader attachment & Kneader joint in the chopper bowl, add lukewarm water, olive oil, sugar, dry yeast, and 125g of hard flour. Operate the knader on turbo for 10 second.
  2. Then add the rest of the flour (125g) and the salt, and run the kneader on turbo for 2min.
  3. Mold the dough into a lump, put it in a deep container, wrap it, and let it rise for 50 minutes in a 40'C (105'F) oven.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200'C (390'F)
  5. Divide the dough into half and roll them out by using a rolling pin. (23cm/9in.) in diameter. Accoring to your taste roll them thin or thick way.
  6. Open the vent by using a fork
  7. Put pizza sauce, your favorite vegetable and meat and pizza cheese on the dough.
  8. Bake the dough for about 10 min. in a 200'C (390'F) oven
  9. Peel garlic and remove the sprout. Cut onion into 1inch cube. divide juice and tomato. Set chopper in the chopper bowl. Add 1 and run the chopper at speed level 9-13 intermittently for 5-10 times. Add whole tomato and operate for 5seconds.
  10. Put olive oil in a pan and stir-fry 2over medium heat. Add juice of the can over medium heat for 20min. until reduced by half. (stir periodically) Season with sugar, salt and pepper. Add oregano by crushing with your fingers.stir and shut off the heat.
